Are you a pragmatic, driven and influential HR leader seeking your next opportunity?

We are seeking a passionate and engaging HR Director to initiate and drive forward strategic direction by enhancing culture, wellbeing and increasing efficiencies. As the HR Director you will lead a dedicated and focused team whilst delivering key business goals with a commercial focus. The HR director must have the ability to influence and navigate change whilst providing an impeccable service to the wider business.

The ideal candidate will have experience of creating and harnessing strong relationships built on trust and delivery. This role requires someone to work at a strategic and operational level whilst having an empathetic approach. Implementing new processes and policies will be key to attracting and retaining the best talent, you will have the opportunity to influence and implement new programmes such as succession plan and talent development that will increase productivity and engagement.
