HR CONTACT CENTRE ADVISER REQUIRED FOR A SHORT TERM TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT FOR 6 WEEKS STARTING ASAP. BASED IN SWINDON TOWN CENTRE PAYING £10.57 PER HOUR. WORKING HOURS WILL BE 35HRS PER WEEK ON A SHIFT ROTA BASIS MONDAY-FRIDAY ANYWHERE BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8.30AM-5.30PM.
To effectively deliver excellent customer service by handling employee data and compensation / benefit, HR policy and employment legalisation queries and supporting annual processes eg Salary Review, Global Performance Management, Flex Renewal and escalating queries appropriately. This will done via the telephone, electronic messages, email and fax. The successful candidate will ideally have some H.R and Benefits experience, however we will consider applicants who also have a strong and proven call centre background. You must be articulate and able to deal with people at all levels of the business.
The role is based within a major blue chip company and is a very short walking distance of Swindon bus station and train station, with an on-site Coffee Shop and Restaurant. 20 days holiday, plus 8 bank holidays and after 12 weeks you will be entitled to an extra 2 days holiday and the possibility of joining the pension scheme if you meet certain criteria.
