HR Business Partner

Full time and permanent

York- Hybrid working available

Up to £50k.

Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a great business as they look to recruit a permanent HR Business Partner to join their team.

As the HR Business Partner, you will work within a team of HR Business Partners to provide an effective HR service on all aspects of the People agenda.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Maintain effective Employee Relations processes by providing advice and guidance to effectively manage people issues.

- Implement effective performance management systems to meet requirements.

- Work with specific business area's to provide an effective HR service, identifying and addressing any issues that impact business priorities.

- Coach and develop manager capability.

- Provide support and guidance to Directors and Managers to reach appropriate decisions in line with case law and legislation.

We are looking for:

- Ideally CIPD Level 5/7 qualified or working towards.

- Excellent knowledge of Employment law band legislation.

- Excellent communicator, both written and vocal.

- HR Generalist experience.
