HR Business Partner
Your new companyMy client is a leading player in the engineering services industry in the heart of Manchester City Centre. As they continue their journey of growth through strategic acquisitions, they are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis.
Your new role As a HRBP, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's success. You will collaborate with the senior leadership team to understand the strategic direction of the business. You will also partner with leaders in your business areas to truly understand the business from an operational and cultural perspective. To be successful in this role you will be a hands-on team player, happy to get involved in the operational work and have extensive experience building strategic relationships. My client is on a journey of growth through acquisition, so there will be an opportunity to utilise your change management skills, supporting your business areas through the transition as the company grows.
What you will need to succeed
- CIPD Qualified
- TUPE experience
- Approachable with excellent interpersonal skills
- Resilient
