HR Business Partner (South)
Location: Manchester with travel, hybrid working
Salary: £50,000-£55,000 per annum
This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join a global leader in the Entertainment industry, during an exciting period of growth and transformation. In this newly created position, you will partner with managers and stakeholders across multiple sites with Central Manchester as your base. A hands-on and varied remit will include a large focus on projects, whilst also developing those strong stakeholder relationships across the business and inputting into the ER piece.
Reporting into the HR Director, your duties will include:
- Provide credible business partnering across the organisation. Seek out, develop and nurture stakeholder relationships with Manager and Senior Leadership teams
- Coaching and guiding the management population, sharing best practice and encouraging a high performance culture
- Lead and support on employee relations - working directly with manager and also providing advice to more junior members of the HR team
- Taking a lead on projects e.g. Mobilisation/Tupe and Systems Implementation
- Support on ED&I and wellbeing initiatives throughout the year
About you?
- You will be a sold HRBP with a well-rounded generalist skill set
- High energy with strong influencing skills
- Ability to develop and nurture stakeholder relationships
- Flexibility to travel to other sites when required
- Experience working in the retail/hospitality/customer service focused industries would be highly desirable but not essential
- Systems Implementation or TUPE experience are both highly desirable
