Description

  • Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Providing clerical and administrative support to the HR department
  • Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Coordinating HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.)
  • Communicating with public services when necessary
  • Supporting the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and issuing employment contracts
  • Ensuring compliance with UK employment laws
  • Performing other related duties as assigned

Profile

A successful HR Assistant should have:

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Previous experience as a HR Administrator/HR Assistant or HR Officer.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Familiarity with HR databases and HRIS systems
  • Knowledge of UK employment laws
