A wonderful Professional Services Firm are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Assistant for an exciting new opportunity in their offices based near Burntwood, Staffordshire. This business boasts a professional and inclusive working environment as well as an excellent benefits package.You will be requiredto carry out the following duties on a day-to-day basis:

  • Professional provision of advisory to all staff including partners and managers

  • Expert management of the recruitment and selection process across the wider business including interviewing, inductions and new starter documentation

  • Monitor the sickness and absence procedure including accurate and efficient reporting

  • Managment of the HR inbox

  • Onboarding of new starters, amending contracts

  • Liaison with payroll on a monthly basis to ensure smooth transactions

  • Involvement in disciplinary and grievance procedures

  • Management of select HR related projects including reporting

We are looking for someone with the desire to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment. You must possess experience in the above listed responsibilities as well as a strong working knowledge of a professional services function. This role is fully office based with some flexibility once the successful completion of the probation period. The ideal candidate will ideally be proactive, have strong communication skills alongside a real passion for HR.
