Due to long term sickness, we are now looking to recruit a HR Assistant to work in the heart of the city centre on a temporary, on-going basis. Your new role
As a HR Assistant, you will be working in the Schools team and be the first point of contact for teacher queries. You will be responding to a number of calls and emails and assisting where possible. You would then refer any queries to the relevant advisers and taking detailed descriptions of the queries being raised, all while maintaining an excellent level of customer service.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have worked in a HR environment and have a good level of customer service skills. You will have strong data entry skills and be a quick learner. Training will be provided, so if you have a keen interest in HR and looking for forge a career in that area, this would be a fantastic opportunity.
