This role of HR Advisor in the industrial / manufacturing industry calls for an individual with a strong foundation in generalist human resources. The successful candidate will be a key member of the HR team, based in Keighley, driving the day to day operational HR supporting the business. Full or part time hours considered.

Description

  • A generalist HR Advisor role
  • First point of contact for all HR related queries
  • Employee Relations, performance management, absence management
  • Review, implement and manage HR policies, processes and procedures
  • Maintain and update HRIS, employee contracts
  • Processing starters, leavers, payroll info
  • Manage and promote company benefits
  • Partner management team
  • Managing all onsite recruitment

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven working experience as an HR Advisor or HR Officer
  • People-oriented and results-driven mentality
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Full time or Part time considered
