The HR Advisor will be a pivotal component in the Human Resources team, providing comprehensive support across all aspects of HR within the retail industry. Located in Bolton, this role is integral to maintaining and enhancing the company's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Description

The duties of the HR Advisor will include:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or related field
  • CIPD Level 5
  • Demonstrated experience in a HR role within the retail industry
  • Proficient knowledge in HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

Job Offer

A competitive salary between £26,000 - £28,000 per year
