Our client may have just the role for you. As an HR Advisor working in their busy HR Department, no two days will be the same. From taking ownership of the end to end Employee Life Cycle processes, including offer and system set up to supporting managers with employee relations cases and business changes, you will be operating at the very heart of HR within their business.
You will have a minimum of 3 years generalist HR experience preferably gained within a busy HR environment ideally in the Logistics or Manufacturing Industry. Providing remote multi-site support to a wide variety of operational and functional managers. Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards your CIPD or with relevant NVQ status you will be keen to progress and develop within their business.
You will already have a sound knowledge of best practice of the basics including recruitment and selection, absence management, performance management, disciplinary and grievance and the basics relating to TUPE and redundancy and be ready to support a fast paced, ever changing business and its managers and staff.

Established over 30 years ago as a specialist air cargo distributor, they are now a diverse logistics company providing services to all sectors of business, industry and of course freight forwarders. They are the only UK operator fully licensed to transport all classes of hazardous materials including firearms & ammunition, radio-active, toxic, flammable, corrosive and explosive material.
Salary: up to £30,000 pa depending on experience
