A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join a growing HR team based in Blackburn. Reporting into the HR Manager this is a generalist role where you will be responsible for providing comprehensive advice and support to Managers across the business in line with employment law and best practice.
You will be required to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, supporting on areas such as employee relations including absence management, performance management, disciplinaries and grievances. You will also support on investgations, and a variety of other HR projects across the business.
To be considered for this role it is essential that you have worked at the advisory level and are passionate about furthering your career in HR. If you are CIPD qualified or studying this will enhance your application.
