REED HR are supporting a commerically successful organisation based in Wolverhampton who are looking for a HR generalist to join their established team.

This is a permanent role offering a competitive base salary and other attractive benefits including a performance related bonus, 25 days holiday and life assurance.

Applicants must have experience in preparing payroll.

Job Description:

This HR Advisor position is a full HR generalist role, including recruitment activities. Duties will include:

• Providing advice and guidance to managers on ER issues
• Undertake and provide advice at all stages of the recruitment and selection process
• Create role profiles and conduct job evaluations
• Place internal and external job adverts and advise on selection techniques
• Payroll management
• Produce, manage and maintain records of employment ensuring compliance with legislation
• Undertake any HR Project work as needed

Person Specification:

• CIPD qualified
• Previous experience of working within a HR generalist role
• Previous experience of generating payroll information
• Up-to-date employment law knowledge
• Good IT skills in use of Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel/relational databases
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
• Confident with dealing with employees at all levels
