What Will You Be Doing?
We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced HR Advisor to provide great generalist HR support on a range of HR activities (recruitment, performance management, attendance, employee relations, learning and development and reward) to support the delivery of the human resources people strategy in a successful, creative organisation.
Working in our London office to deliver an excellent HR service to a creative, busy team. Day to day, you will be doing everything from answering queries from the team to taking on projects of your own in a range of areas. You will be part of the Group HR team in London which will also involve working with and occasionally travel to our offices throughout the UK to deliver HR support when needed especially around employee relations cases.
You must have experience of working in an advisor level HR role and have a strong customer focus and the ability to build good professional relationships easily.
We want to hear from you if you who have been accountable for policies, systems and processes from start to finish. You will be thorough, detail conscious, used to dealing with high volumes, able to work collaboratively as part of a team or on your own initiative, as well as deliver to tight deadlines.
You’ll have demonstrable experience of delivering an outstanding HR customer service, identifying where process efficiencies can be made and helping find solutions to deliver a seamless HR presence.
You’ll also be willing to help with day to day queries from managers and employees and able to communicate at every level of the organisation.
