Our client a large Tech company are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to lead as mainly HR generalist. As the HR Advisor you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the S&A, Recruitment and other departmental responsibilities.
You will be responsible for:
·Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
·Updating and maintaining the HR Information System data and reporting
·Coaching and supporting managers in carrying out effective disciplinary, grievance and appeal hearings, ensuring fairness and consistency of decision making.
·Raise any concerns with regards to Equal Opportunity, bullying and harassment and bribery issues
·Excellent IT skills - Microsoft packages - Word, Outlook, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Publisher. HRIS beneficial.
Relevant knowledge & experience within this specialist area along with proven people, performance, contract and project management skills within a driven culture are essential.
Strong leadership skills are an absolute necessity
A CIPD or other relevant qualification would prove a distinct advantage and candidates will be educated to degree level.
