Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for a new opportunity to work for an organisation who are rewarding and a market leader in their field? If so, then look no further! This role requires an experienced HR Generalist who has strong employee relations experience and experience of dealing with Trade Unions and TUPE ideally. 

Duties and Responsibilities include:

* Experienced HR generalist required working as part of a successful HR team

* Dealing with complex Employee Relation issues including disciplinary and grievance cases up to dismissal and appeal stage

* Responsible for TUPE transfers and due diligence

* Sickness absence management

* Produce monthly absence statistics for senior management

* Produce monthly staff head-count figures for senior management

* Produce ad-hoc management reports as required

* Update organisation charts on a monthly basis

* Send out job offer letters

* Issue contracts of employment

* Set up new employees on HR system to deadline for weekly and monthly payroll

* Support Line Managers by attending disciplinary and grievance cases as and when required

* Ad hoc HR Project work as and when required

Experience and Skills required:

* CIPD qualified or working towards ( desirable ) 
* Experienced HR generalist
* Experience of working with Trade Unions
* TUPE experience
* Strong IT skills including Intermediate level in Excel
