Are you looking for a HR opportunity with great potential to develop your career? If so, this HR Advisor role will provide you with all the HR elements you could wish for, not only day to day HR operations but, in addition, the creative aspects of HR. This highly successful organisation offers you the opportunity to work in a friendly, helpful team. You will -

  • Own your own area of the business whilst being flexible to assist in other areas when necessary
  • Get involved in realigning systems, processes and working policies
  • Harmonise Terms and Conditions
  • Assist with HR projects arising as the business goes through change
  • Support and guide management through disciplinary, grievance, recruitment and training and development
  • Assist in implementing a formal communication strategy across the business, ensuring that communication is consistent, prompt and effective
  • Update the HR database and create reports on headcount, absence, overtime and turnover
  • Collate and analyse reports on technical KPIs, including, absence, training and development and communication, and devise practices that will drive improvement
  • Provide support and guidance to employees, promoting best practice and integrity

A confident HR Advisor, ideally CIPD qualified and with experience in manufacturing, you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and using your initiative. You will have a sound knowledge of employment law, enjoy working independently and have the ability to multi-task. Strong IT skills are essential.
