A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join a service sector organisation based in Bolton. This is a true generalist role where you will work as part of a team on the following:

  • Providing HR advice to Managers, in compliance with HR policies
  • Coaching Managers in relation to absence and performance
  • Supporting with investigations
  • Recruitment and selection
  • Advising on flexible working arrangements
  • Delivering training to Line Managers
  • Supporting with a variety of HR projects
  • Updating and reporting from the HR system
  • Assisting with policy development and the harmonisation of terms and conditions

My client is looking for an experienced HR professional who is part CIPD qualified and able to hit the ground running. If your experience has been gained working within a complex / regulated environment this would be preferable.
