I am looking to speak with candidates who are currently working within HR roles within the Berkshire area, who may be looking for a new opportunity now or within the next few months in a HR role.

Ideal Candidates will have:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a busy HR function
  • Completed CIPD Qualification
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and develop relationships at all levels
  • The ability to work on own initiative, taking ownership to solve problems and make decisions
  • A high degree of personal integrity, diplomacy, and sensitivity, able to apply discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • A high level of attention to detail, both numerical and written
  • The ability to prioritise multiple activities, manage deadline and adapt to changing deadlines, priorities and requirements
  • To be able to explain issues to managers, colleagues and other employees
  • To be self-sufficient and able to work alone
  • To be organised, methodical and detail conscious
  • Up to date on new GDPR legislation

Salary's will vary dependant on experience, please state on your CV your notice period, salary expectations etc
