HR Advisor (12-18 month FTC)

Location: Manchester with some travel, hybrid working

Salary: £30,000-£40,000 per annum

This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Advisor to join a global leader in the Entertainment industry, during an exciting period of growth and transformation. There is an immediate requirement for an experienced HR Advisor to provide Interim support for a period of 12-18 months.

About the role:

  • Assist with employee relations matters and traveling to visit sites when required
  • Supporting the HR Business Partners with ongoing projects
  • Supporting on wellbeing and mental health initiatives
  • Coaching and guiding managers and providing advice on best practice
  • Being that first point of contact for HR queries within the business
  • Build strong relationships with the wider team and internal/external stakeholders

About you?

  • Strong HR Advisor with a solid generalist background
  • High energy with strong influencing skills
  • Ability to manage an ER caseload effectively
  • Flexibility to travel to other sites when required
  • Experience working in the retail/hospitality/customer service focused industries would be highly desirable but not essential
