Are you an experienced HR Administrator looking to take the next step in your career? Reed Business Support is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client based in Parkwood, Maidstone, for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join their team.

As a HR Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the HR function, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across the employee lifecycle.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with recruitment processes, including posting job adverts and arranging interviews
  • Preparing contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation
  • Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
  • Supporting payroll preparation and absence tracking
  • Assisting with training coordination and compliance tracking
  • Responding to HR-related queries from staff and management
  • Supporting the wider HR team with ad hoc administrative tasks
