Human Resources Co-ordinator – Bradford/Manchester or Merseyside – April 2024

Reed Education working on behalf of a major Education Trust based in the North of England, who are looking to recruit a Human Resources Officer to join their Business Team on a full-time temporary contract.

The role will be remote, predominantly home working but with occasional travel to sites in Bradford, Liverpool and Manchester as required.

The Role

The school are looking for an experienced Human Resources Co-ordinator who can establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers, supporting them with a range of day-to-day staff management issues. to deal with lower level ER casework, HR administration and communications.

As a School’s Human Resources Co-ordinator you will be providing HR support to managers and employees ensure that HR policies and procedures are applied fairly and consistently across the Trust’s schools.

As a School’s Human Resources Co-ordinator you will need to understand the role that all staff have in relation to the safeguarding of pupils and to comply with policies and procedures relating to Safeguarding and Child Protection.

The Ideal Candidate

Experience working as a Human Resources Officer in a school or Trust would be advantageous, but not essential, though previous work history in a regulated environment is preferred as is CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards this).
