HR Administrator

Aberdeen (Dyce) – Hybrid Working (after training)

Temporary Contract (initially until Mid-June)

Salary £30-35,000pa / £16.48 – 19.23ph

Full Time 35 hrs a week (may consider slightly less hours)

I am pleased to be supporting a world leading aviation company who are seeking a HR Administrator to join their small team and provide admin support for HR on a temporary basis to support a busy period.

This is a great opportunity to either build up or maintain your HR experience in a short-term contract, within a supportive team for a well-established, global organisation.

Duties:

  • Recruitment administration – posting jobs on the HR system, approval tracking and interview scheduling
  • Absence administration – updating HR system with fit note details, booking OH appointments and updating trackers
  • Project support – providing administration support to HR Business partners with ongoing projects

  • Previous experience in an HR Admin Role
  • Sound knowledge of HR practice
  • Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
