Hooray are pleased to be working alongside a local charity to assist in the recruitment for Housing Support Workers on an exclusive basis.

My client provides specialist accommodation to vulnerable young people and the wider community. Since 2014 my client have expanded from an offering of 50 beds to in excess of 250 beds to those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

This is an exciting time to join this charity as they look to quadruple the number of opportunities they are able to offer to those in need. As a Housing Support Worker, you will carry out duties whilst up holding the organisations values and ethos.

In order to be successful you will have experience in delivering high quality support within an accommodation based service. You will need to be friendly and approachable to those accessing the service, whilst maintaining professional boundaries at all times.

Recently, all staff have received a 3% pay rise, rewarding the employees for their outstanding work.

We are offering an excellent salary of up to £23,000 per annum, alongside brand new company benefits, including cycle2work schemes and free use of the sporting facilities as well as a healthcare plan for you and your family.
