Housing Paralegal

Our client is a Leading 500 firm based in central Manchester. It is a leader in the legal housing sector and prides itself on being a specialist in this area.

It is currently looking to recruit a paralegal or legal assistant to work on defendant housing disrepair cases, working alongside housing associations on cases such as HDR and anti-social behaviour. You'll prepare statements before hearings, assist with disclosure and document inspection and keeping clients well informed and up to date on its proceedings.

To be considered for this role you should have some experience of working in a housing environment, whether that is defendant or claimant is not important. Ideally candidates should demonstrate an interest in litigation and social housing as a sector.
