Housing Officer

An exciting opportunity has emerged a Housing Officer to join one of London's most improved Local Authority clients in a temporary post.

Based in East London, this is a full time role (35 hours per week, Monday to Friday) and the client is keen to recruit a candidate with current or previous experience of:

*Developing and promoting sustainable relationships with residents and resident groups
*Identifying and or taking prompt actions to remove P1's and (FRA) combustible items within the organisation's target time frames
*Achieving 100% of all set KPI's (COT's, ITV's, Tenancy Audits-Organisational targets have been at 10% of stock, Home Checks, Call Backs, Terminations, A-socials, MPA cases, Insurance Claims, P1s and FRAS, TRA monthly contact etc)
*Manage ASB cases in line with the Council ASB service standards
*Achieving 100% of all set KPI's
*Regular communication with team and estate managers, cleaners, ground maintenance, planned maintenance, repairs service, voids, income, insurance, SHP, vulnerabilities (Tenancy Sustainment) team and all other agencies providing a service to Hackney Housing Residents
*Be an ambassador for the estate management team - Polite professional and courteous in all interactions with customers and staff members alike

This role will ideally suit a candidate with strong decision making experience, and who is either immediately available or who is in a placement that is ending soon. Only applicants who feel they meet the above criteria need apply.
