We are looking for a Housing Officer to join one of our large Housing Association clients on a full time (36 hours per week, Monday to Friday), permanent basis. The role has emerged as our client is looking to expand their team during a very busy period.
The successful candidate will be required to:
*Manage and coordinate a patch of mixed tenure properties.
*Put the customer at the centre of everything that you do.
*Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
*Effectively manage complaints, estate services, tenancy management, tenancy enforcement and lettings management.
The role is based in South-West London but you will need to be a car driver as your patch will be in Surrey and Hampshire. The organisation does promote agile working so there will be times when you have the flexibility to work from home.
