Temporary Hotel Night Porter
3 nights per week
11pm to 7am

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Porter to join our team. As a Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and overall appearance of our establishment. Your attention to detail and friendly demeanor will contribute to creating a positive experience for our guests.

Duties of the Hotel Night Porter will include:

• Locking/unlocking the hotel
• Assisting with guests luggage
• Ensuring that the reception area is always kept tidy
• Working on reception for the last hour of the shift
• Any other duty that is required by management

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate -

• Ability to deal with guests over the phone and face to face in a polite and professional manner
• Good PC skills
• Problem solving skills
• A calm and friendly manner
• Strong communication skills
• Flexibility to perform a wide range of tasks
• A high level of personal presentation
• Driving licence preferable

This is a temporary position and you must be available to start straight away. Possible ongoing work.
