Bramah HR are recruiting for a Hospitality Manager based in York. Leading the café and party teams to create unforgettable experiences for valued customers and guests. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring a safe, clean, and secure environment for both team members and visitors. Collaborating closely with the Experience Manager, you'll orchestrate seamless party planning and execution, fostering repeat business.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in hospitality management
• Proficiency in financial data and KPI management
• Team management and leadership experience
• Strong customer service and engagement skills
• Familiarity with food hygiene and safety standards
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in core Microsoft applications
• Level 3 food safety qualification
• Desirable: IOSH qualification, service-led industry background, personal license holder
