Hospitality and Catering Manager - £40,000 - Busy Visitor Attraction - Keswick CA12 - Excellent Work-Life Balance

Tonic are assisting our client's search for a driven and passionate catering and hospitality manager to join their business and drive the entire FOH operation.

What qualities and experience are we looking for in the successful Hospitality and Catering Manager?

  • You will ideally have experience in a quality, fresh-food, fast-paced restaurant; however, if you have only worked in a branded restaurant but have a passion for what you do and understand 'real' hospitality, this is for you
  • Previous experience as a manager is desirable but not essential - you could be a supervisor looking to step up as long as you have experience writing rotas, stocktake and ordering
  • Your CV must demonstrate loyalty to previous employers
  • Candidates must be driven, ambitious, and committed to their careers. They must see the long-term opportunity of working in this business
  • A genuine passion for people - your team and your guests
