Theatre Logistics Support
  • Annual Salary: £23,000

We are currently seeking a dedicated Theatre Logistics Support (TLS) to join our team at a healthcare facility in Epsom. The TLS will play a crucial role in coordinating day-to-day logistics activities and ensuring the smooth delivery of services to the Theatre Team and their patients.

Day to day of the role:
  • Assist the on-site manager with the coordination of logistics activities and service delivery.
  • Ensure the timely movement of trolleys to and from the Sterile Services Department (SSD) collection point.
  • Collect deliveries and efficiently stock storerooms.
  • Support the Theatre Team by managing stock and ensuring equipment is available as needed.
  • Assist the Divisional Director with additional tasks as required.
  • Shift hours are from 07:00-15:00 or 11:00-18:00, with a rotational Saturday shift every other week (day off in lieu provided).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Ability to work to tight timescales and carry out manual labour.
  • Excellent organisational skills and accuracy.
  • Good time management and the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain efficiency.
  • Effective communication skills for liaising with internal and external contacts.
