My Client currently requires a Home Manager to join the team at one of their homes in Andover. They are looking for a manager who would embrace a challenge and has a passion for high-end delivery of care.
My client is looking for a professional and dedicated Home Manager to run this home. You would be responsible for ensuring the residents receive the highest standards of care whilst maintaining the commercial viability of the home. You will lead both the care and support teams to the highest level to strive for excellence in all areas of the service provision. As home manager you will act in compliance with all relevant legislation.
The Home is a medium sized care home in Andover, with a mixed CQC report of requires improvement and Good!
In addition to being a fully qualified RGN or RMN, you will need to have demonstrable experience managing a home of a similar size.
You will have an effective way of communicating with your team, and above all, act as a champion for everything that you do.
In return you can expect a very competitive salary of £60,000 -£70,000 as well as a bonus that is considered as one of the best in the care industry, with OTE of £135,000 they also offer 12% pension.
