Duties will involve guiding and advising existing customers and new prospects about their insurance needs.

Mainly inbound administration / renewal calls, some new business sales and some out bounding involved no cold calling & various administration duties.

Running reports , updating diaries , answering post , issuing renewals

Hours of work are different shifts
