Quality Manager – Home Care

The Company

Our client is a well established Home Care company based in Edinburgh. The company is family run and offers highly regarded services to its clients in the city and across the Lothian region.

The Role

As Quality Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that high standards are met and maintained across the company and that staff are adhering to the SSSC code of practice. You will conduct regular risk assessments. You will suggest improvements to the service based on the audits and provide training support where required.

Our client is totally committed to continuing to provide an exceptional service and is seeking a Quality Manager who is keen to join them on their journey to help ensure that continuous improvements are made.

Requirements

- Experience within a Home Care environment

- SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or a Nursing degree)

- Experience of supervision/management of other staff members

- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

- Full and clean driving licence
