Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a HNW Insurance New Business Developer responsible for High Net Worth business development within the Kent area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business revenue for the group from existing leads, cross selling to existing customers as well as creating new prospects from their own sales activities.
-Undertake sales activities ensuring delivery of sales and marketing targets;
-Responsible for the management and development of new and existing accounts;
-Working under minimal supervision will be responsible for delivery of own sales and business performance targets;
-Evaluation of panel in order to drive maximum penetration/profit across panel with a particular emphasis on Portfolio Transfers;
-Identify and deliver appropriate marketing campaigns across panel;
-Gathering and feeding back market intelligence/activity;
-Carry out presentations and sales training for new product launches.
-Knowledge of sales processes within relevant market;
-Extensive knowledge of HNW Bespoke Products;
-Ability to work in a team/team player;
-Excellent communication, time management, negotiation, presentation and relationship building skills;
-Self-motivated and Resilient;
-Account, campaign and people management skills;
