We have an excellent opportunity for someone to gain exposure to the HNW insurance space, whilst developing both personally and professionally within a leading chartered independent broker. 

As a High Net Worth Account Handler, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing relationships with prestigious clients, ensuring that their insurance needs are met with the utmost care and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Arrangement, and ongoing management of HNW insurance policies to meet the needs of direct and connected clients
  • Dealing with new business, renewals, mid-term adjustments, general queries and premium financing arrangements
  • Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients and delivering an exceptional level of customer service at all times
  • Dealing with home, motor, personal accident, travel, art, jewellery, antiques, yachts, holiday homes and prestigious vehicles
  • Actively look for cross-selling and up-selling opportunities and recommend appropriate products that might suit the customer

Required:

  • General experience within personal lines or HNW insurance is desired
  • A proven track record in administration or customer Service roles with excellent communication skills and a professional manner dealing with clients and suppliers.
  • You will be a team player with a positive, 'can-do', attitude and fantastic, essential attention to detail
