We are in search of a High-Level Teaching Assistant eager to explore thrilling prospects. At Randstad Education, we are representing a mainstream primary school in the YO62 area. This is an ad-hoc full-time role with working hours from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. We also have part time roles available.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Conduct and guide small group sessions and contribute to whole-class activities to enrich children educational experience.
• Aid in delivering the curriculum by presenting planned lessons under the guidance of the teacher.
• Offer one-on-one assistance to students, including those with special educational needs.
• Contribute to fostering a positive classroom atmosphere and helping with behaviour management.
• Work in partnership with teachers, support staff, and parents to promote children development and advancement.

Requirements:

• Ideally a relevant HLTA qualification, Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or QTS.
• Previous experience working in a primary school in a similar role
• A hard working and dedicated attitude
• Hold an Enhanced DBS or be willing to obtain one through randstad
• Must be eligible to work in the UK (No Sponsorship provided)
