Adecco are seeking a reliable, punctual and motivated HGV, Class 2 driver to work for our client within the Agricultural sector, located in Eccleshall, ST21 area.

This is a temporary role for 3 months initially, however, could be extended or even lead to a permanent position for the right person.

Full time hours are Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM.

Rate of pay from £12.50PH.

Possible overtime paid at time and a half, before 8:00am and after 4:30pm.

Applicants must have previous driving experience and hold a valid HGV licence. You will work as part of a small, but busy team to carry out multiple deliveries on a daily basis. Duties will involve manual picking & packing, carrying out vehicle checks, sorting delivery tickets, loading of trucks, wrapping of pallets and products, and delivering products to various customers.

Candidate Skills and Requirements-

  • Must have previous HGV driving experience
  • Friendly and outgoing attitude
  • Ability to use initiative
  • Able to work well alone and as part of a small team
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • FLT licence desirable but not essential
