HGV Class 2 Multi drop Driver – Day Shift – Preston

The company is a privately owned business, part of the Ballyvesey Holdings Group that has grown significantly in recent years, now providing a diverse range of Logistics Services throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Montgomery Distribution are recruiting HGV Class 2 multi drop drivers based in Preston.

Requirements.

  • You must be DCPC Qualified hold a current Digital Tacho and UK license.
  • No more than 6 points and NO DND.
  • Desirable previous commercial driving experience and good geographical knowledge
  • Experience of fully completing vehicle check in and checkout via digital app.
  • Ability to sign off deliveries via PDA.
  • Able to complete paperwork with 100% accurate data is essential.
  • Planning and time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Bulk & Multi drop working with Pallet Network preferable.

Shifts and Pay:

  • Days – £12.61 p/h 40 hours a week
  • Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 16:00pm
  • Occasional weekend work
  • Overtime rate £14.71
