***Helpdesk & Working Environment Administrator***
Working for a National business within the Engineering Sector offering Engineering Solutions to key clients and working on multiple projects simultaneously. This is an exciting time to join the business with the purpose of the role being to co-ordinate the effective and efficient operation of the Working Environment Helpdesk which encompasses IT, Facilities and Purchasing across the multiple sites in the UK.
YOUR NEW JOB...
*Reporting in to the Working Environment Manager
*Ensuring all services and operations are compliant, efficient and deliver value for money in order to support the business to focus on its day to day objectives.
*You will also provide admin support to the team in particular the Purchasing team
*Undertake the processing of Purchase Orders on the current purchasing system and updating where necessary
To apply for this role we are looking for excellent customer service skills and ideally previous Service Desk/Help Desk experience is desirable
Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude is a must. Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook is essential too.
