Technical Support Executive (Helpdesk)
Monday- Friday
£20,000- £25,000!

We are currently looking for a IT helpdesk executive on behalf of our client in Uxbridge. If you are a IT graduate eager to get an amazing kick start into a well- established and respected company, or a highly skilled 1st line support engineer who wants progress onto new systems, APPLY NOW!

The essentials are that you are technically minded and can work in an office environment... eventually you will be required to visit customer sites for on site support

Job duties:
Providing helpdesk support to customers who are in contract with the company
Providing 1st line support
Answering a high volume of emails regarding issues
Providing a detailed analysis of fault finding
Installation of products on site
