1st & 2nd line Helpdesk Support / Remote Support

Helpdesk Support Analyst urgently required to work in Guildford - You will be responsible for 1st & 2nd Line Support

The ideal candidate will have previous experience providing Helpdesk/Desktop/1st & 2nd Line support with excellent client facing / customer support skills. Knowledge of Core Microsoft Windows Desktop Technologies MS Windows 7 Professional, MS Office / 365, Active Directory, MS Exchange 2007, SCCM, Citrix, LAN/WAN Networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and working on Sostenuto/ Service Now or similar call logging system.

MCP/MCSE/MCDST qualification or would be a distinct advantage.
