Helpdesk / Service Desk Analyst who has proven experience providing 1st/2nd Line support within an ITIL environment is required by my client who are a leading MSP based in Salford.
As a Helpdesk Analyst / Service Desk Analyst the key features to your role will include supporting external clients over the phone, and via email. As a Helpdesk Analyst / Service Desk Analyst, you will have ideally worked within an ITIL environment and it is beneficial if you are ITIL certified.
