A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a small IT Managed Service Provider. They are looking for a Helpdesk Analyst to join the team supporting their varied city-based clients. Reporting to the Helpdesk Manager, the role holder will be a key member of the IT Support Team and will provide Helpdesk Support as well as desk-side support at client sites.
Candidates must have the following skills, ideally up to 2nd line support level:
* Windows Client / Server
* Mac OS X Client / Server
* Active Directory administration
* General TCP/IP Networking principles
Otherwise you'll have experience of supporting a general Windows/Mac infrastructure in a client facing role.
Naturally excellent communication, teamwork and customer service skills will be crucial in this role.
