Temporary Helpdesk Administrator, £11 per hour, South Lanarkshire
Your new company
A nationally recognised facilities management organisation are looking for an experienced helpdesk administrator to join their busy team on a temporary, part time basis. You will be based in South Lanarkshire and your normal hours of work will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 08:00 to 17:00.
Your new role
You will be providing helpdesk support to a busy office, answering queries both over the telephone and electronically. You will be logging each of these queries on the database and coordinating and allocating works to the maintenance team. As well as this you will also be carrying out general administration tasks such as data entry as well as scanning and filing documents.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous helpdesk experience is essential as you will be working in a fast paced environment. You'll need excellent communication skills as well as strong organisational skills. You'll be expected to prioritise your workload in able to meet important deadlines. Experience of working with Maximo and Oracle would be advantageous.
