Working directly for a well established market leader with a large Estate.
To provide support to the Facilities Management Department with particular focus on the FM Helpdesk operations. Delivering day to day helpdesk support to the in-house team and external suppliers through the operation of all maintenance activities. This role will offer a great chance to join a team where you can develop and progress your career in FM.
You will deal with incoming and outgoing calls to support the FM function of the business.
Operate the permit to work front desk
Support and operate CAFM system
Manage asset database
Other admin duties such as diary management, supporting the FM team, holiday cover for other team members.
Experience in a similar role and ideally Concept.
Attention to detail
Good communication skills
