Helpdesk Administrator

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Part time Helpdesk Advisor on a 12month fixed term contract for a well-established and expanding organisation based in Walsall offering a pro-rata Salary of £15,600

The purpose of the role is to support customers with an efficient helpdesk service and to ensure the timely arrival of engineers to their sites to resolve all breakdowns.

Dealing with incoming calls from premium clients with agreed service levels

Dealing with any enquires or requests raised via email

Micro managing theses calls from start to completion

Leasing with internal department to ensure SLA'S are met

Raise reports in accordance to any SLA failures

Carry out housekeeping duties using the internal CRM system

You will be required to work 15 hrs per week which must include Wednesday and one other day of your choice. There will be opportunity to work overtime as and when the business needs require.

The successful candidate will come from one of the following back grounds Help desk, Customer Service advisor, Customer care. This must me within an office environment
