Who you'll be working for:

Our client is a prestigious company with offices throughout the world. They are currently looking for Japanese speaking Helpdesk Coordinator in their London office. The successful candidate should have customer focus experience.


  • Responsible for the daily operations within Help Desk activity scope.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests from customers, manage and record progress until closure
  • Handle various registration duties and support application handling, based on standardized operation procedures
  • Announcements to users
  • Management of documents and reporting
  • Checking system infrastructure and escalating alerts and issues to engineers
  • Documentation and escalation to support where necessary in all activities
  • Liaising with partners and vendors where necessary in all activities
  • Attend meetings with customers and partners where necessary
  • Periodical reporting to manager and company.


  • Experience in customer services and/or customer liaison
  • Experience of working in a Japanese corporate environment
  • Experience working in Help Desk environment or organization
  • Experience in Desktop PC (Win7, Win8, Win10) and printers support
  • Experience of presentation material documentation


• Professional use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Pivot Reporting with Excel

• Professional use of one or more of PowerPoint, Access, VisualBasic

• Professional level (verbal and written) English / Japanese


• Logical mind, even under high workload

• Strong ability in information research and documentation/archiving

• Excellent communication skills

• Establish good communication and relation with business owners and users

• Well-structured verbal and written communication in support operation and reporting

• Good people skills – able to express and support technical issues and requirements to non-technical people

• Understanding of large Japanese corporate environment and culture

• Willingness to work over-time and/or travel to outside location when necessary
