Help Desk Advisor
We are currently recruiting for a Help Desk Advisor to work for our well-respected client in Chelmsford. This role pays £10 an hour and is a 20 hour contract. These hours are to be worked over 3 days (preferably Wednesday, Thursday and Friday). This is a temporary assignment which is due to last 6 months.
This role will involve the chosen candidate answering enquiries from local businesses via email and/or over the phone and sending out contractors (i.e. Electricians, Plumbers etc) to the businesses when necessary. You will then be required to file all appropriate documents once you have resolved the issue.
This role requires someone with previous experience within Customer Service or as a Help Desk Advisor.
