NEW JUST IN - We are recruiting for an experienced Health and Safety Assistant.

This is working for a well established company based at Heathrow and you will be overseeing the H&S across the business which will include main site and locations within the airport.

Duties include;

- Oversee and ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to and that all records are accurate and kept up to date.

- Carrying out H&S audits

- Checking all documents are up to date including training records / files

- Act as main point of contact across the business for all related queries

- Working with senior management to implement new plans and ideas to ensure business is compliant - Monitoring all reports of incidents and any hazard reports on in house system.

You will be working alongside HAL and the business's security managers and DFT.

Desires qualifications for this role:

- NEBOSH / IOSH - Essential

- NXCT / XRAY - an advantage

- Radiation protection - Required.

We are recruiting for someone who has a cv that reflects a full strong knowledge of H&S and ideally a background within transport / logistics or supply chain. You should be confident, have strong leadership skills and be able to work well with other senior management. You will have project management skills and experience working within a secure / high security environment.
